She is known for her ability to listen, quickly assess organizational goals, and shape measurable short- and long-term communications strategies that align with broader marketing and brand objectives. Her work spans industries including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, economic development, agribusiness, finance, insurance, and technology.
Ann believes strong brands are built on a foundation of intentional internal and external communications, which creates organizations that attract talent, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and elevate customer confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications with a psychology minor from Buena Vista University.
