Alex brings more than 10 years of experience to Wixted & Company, having worked in both the fast-paced environment of television newsrooms and public relations. She excels at crafting clear, impactful messages that resonate with diverse audiences through strategic communications strategies.

During her time in higher education, Alex developed targeted messaging strategies to support the college’s brand, implemented a new strategic point of view and supported the college through a tuition restructure. Most recently, she expanded her knowledge of public relations and communications, developing press releases, media pitches, strategic communications, and relationships with the community, partners and media.

Alex is a graduate of Illinois State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.
